Video Production Dubai | Commercial & Brand Films

Video production for Dubai and UAE campaigns: commercial films, brand films, fashion content, CGI, motion and AI-assisted post in one studio pipeline.

Video Production in Dubai — Tsurtsumiya Studio

Tsurtsumiya provides video production for Dubai and UAE campaigns: creative direction, production planning, live-action shoots with UAE crews, post-production, motion, CGI and AI-assisted prep in one studio pipeline. We work as a vertical team — direction, edit, motion, CGI and grade live in the same studio — built for brands that need cinematic craft on agency timelines.

We work with international fashion and sports brands, with celebrity-led campaigns, and with regional UAE and GCC clients. The same pipeline serves both: a hero film for a global launch and a localised cutdown for a Dubai mall takeover are produced inside the same edit and grade environment.

What we do

We produce end-to-end video — from brief to delivered masters. That covers commercial film for paid campaigns, brand films and fashion films, corporate and B2B content, and digital video built specifically for paid social, OOH and DOOH placements.

We are a studio rather than a production company in the traditional sense. The difference matters for the brief: a typical production company assembles a freelance crew per project and hands off post to a separate vendor. We keep direction, edit, motion design, CGI and grade inside the same team, working on the same timeline, against the same reference. Fewer hand-offs means fewer revision cycles and a more consistent visual language across the deliverable pack.

Production capabilities

Commercial film production

Hero films for campaign launches, retail OOH, DOOH cuts, broadcast TVCs and digital-first commercial pieces. We work either as the lead production studio or in collaboration with creative and media agencies on agency-led campaigns. Reference points: the Adidas / David Beckham commercial film and Calvin Klein fashion campaign work.

Brand and fashion film

Editorial pieces with stronger visual authorship: talent direction, fashion-grade lighting, precise grade work. The film carries the brand's tone rather than a transactional message. Common formats are 60–90 second hero films plus 15s and 9:16 cutdowns for paid social and retail screens.

Corporate and B2B films

Founder stories, product films, leadership interviews, event content and internal communications. The brief here is usually clarity and credibility rather than spectacle. We treat these with the same craft and grade discipline as commercial work.

Multi-format delivery

A single shoot day is rarely produced for a single deliverable. We plan multi-format from pre-production: 16:9 hero, 9:16 vertical, 1:1 social, 4:5 feed, and short-form cutdowns sized for specific placements (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, GCC mall screens, regional broadcast). Subtitles and captions in English and Arabic are produced inside the same edit project, not outsourced after delivery.

Our process

A typical engagement runs through five stages. Timelines compress or expand depending on scope, but the structure is consistent.

Brief and strategy. Kickoff, references, budget framing, deliverables list, timeline. We push for a clear creative anchor early — the single image or sentence the film has to deliver — rather than starting with shot lists.

Pre-production. Script, treatment, casting brief, location scouting, shoot plan, schedule. For UAE shoots this includes permits (Dubai Film and TV Commission, DMCC, free-zone permissions where relevant) and Ramadan-aware scheduling when the campaign window touches the holy month.

Shoot. Director-led production with our DOP or with a guest DOP for specific looks. We keep on-set monitoring tight to the edit reference so the cut starts during the shoot rather than after wrap.

Post-production. Edit in DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere depending on the deliverable mix; sound design and mix; grade in Resolve; motion and titling in After Effects; CGI elements when required (Cinema 4D, Houdini, Octane or Redshift) without re-routing through an external CGI vendor.

Delivery. Final masters, format pack, captions in EN and AR, social pack, and asset hand-off in the format the client's media plan needs (broadcast specs, paid social specs, OOH specs).

Why Tsurtsumiya

One production language from treatment to delivery. Commercial films rarely fail because of one weak department. They fail when the idea changes shape between the treatment, the shoot, the edit, the grade and the cutdowns. We keep those stages inside one studio pipeline so the final delivery still carries the same visual decision the project started with.

Built for campaign packs, not only hero films. A Dubai launch rarely needs one master file. It needs a hero, verticals, paid-social cutdowns, retail or DOOH versions, captions, still-led edits and sometimes Arabic localisation. We plan for those outputs before the shoot, so format translation does not become a separate rescue job at the end.

Live-action, motion, CGI and AI under one review structure. Some briefs need a camera. Some need product CGI. Some need motion systems or AI-assisted post. The advantage is not that we use every tool on every project; it is that the same director, editor and finishing team can decide which tool belongs where.

Dubai and UAE production capability without a false office claim. Creative development, post-production, motion, CGI and AI workflows are led through the core studio pipeline. When a brief requires on-site UAE production, we build the shoot around trusted local crew, location needs, permit realities and the delivery standards of the campaign.

If you have a brief in flight or a campaign window approaching, send us the outline and we will respond with a treatment direction and a budget framing within two working days.

A useful brief includes the deliverables list (hero plus cutdown formats), target launch date, budget range, and any locked-in elements (talent, locations, agency partners). If any of those are still open, send what you have — we can shape the rest in kickoff.
